Biography
Jon has been in real estate since 2013. Jon has worked in Duff & Phelps’ Real Estate division in Chicago, conducting property and portfolio-level valuation services in the multi-family, office, medical facilities, retail, and industrial real estate sectors. In 2017, Jon relocated to his hometown of Columbus, OH, to enter real estate investment and brokerage full-time. Since then, Jon has built a sizeable multi-family portfolio and assisted 100+ clients with their real estate investment needs. Jon graduated from The Ohio State University with a degree in Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a specialization in Finance, where he was awarded The Harley E. Rouda Sr. and Marlese N. Real Estate Scholarship, the Provost Scholarship, and was a member of the varsity football team. When he isn’t pursuing his passion in real estate, you can find Jon spending time with his wife, two young daughters, and golden retriever.
